HOUSE2BUYER.COM USERS AGREEMENT
TERMS & CONDITIONS (PRIVATE SELLERS)
1. The fee (125 euros) that is paid to house2buyer.com is for marketing
a property for the period of 1 year.
2. House2buyer.com will take the fee only when the advert has been checked
and submitted live.
3. No advert will be activated live until fee has been received via
cheque, paypal or credit card.
4. Agree that once the property is sold to notify via e-mail house2buyer.com
for the removal of the advert (this also saves you the seller having
people call you unnessarily)
5. You the vendor only pays the one fee (125 euros) to house2buyer.com
and we house2buyer.com have no rights to any other monies or commissions.
6. House2buyer.com are not liable for any problems that may arise between
vendor & purchaser we are purely a source of advertising.
7. Agree that the description placed in the advert is correct and truthful.
8. Agree that all photos placed with adverts are of the property being
advertised.
9. Agree that no foul language or pornographic images are used in the
advert.
10.Agree that we house2buyer.com cannot be held responsible for purchasers
failing to complete on sales contracts, for people failing to turn up
for arranged appointments.
TERMS & CONDITIONS (ESTATE AGENTS)
The idea for house2buyer.com is to create a friendly database that you the estate agent can advertise your business worldwide and link up with other estate agents and businesses worldwide that may be of use to you and your clients.
1. house2buyer.com is an online property mart that allows estate agents worldwide to advertise the business directly via a link for 1 year for the sum of 250 euros.
2. house2buyer.com will not be entitled to any commissions from any sales generated.
3. house2buyer.com are not responsible for clients failing to meet appointments.

1. House2buyer.com cannot be held responsible for incorrect and misleading
descriptions placed by advertisers.
2. House2buyer.com is purely an advertising web page to search for possible
properties or tradesman within the country and area that you are looking.
3. House2buyer.com is here to help vendor and purchaser alike by putting
them in touch directly and save them money.
4. Please treat this web site with respect and make the most of the
savings that can be made!!

1.Agree that all adverts placed are for the business thatÂ?s featured
and not a cover for any other type of business.
2.Agree that you are other than through this advert not linked to house2buyer
in any other way.
3.Agree to pay the amount arranged with house2buyer on the dates agreed.
4. Agree to treat with respect people replying to your advert.
5.House2buyer are not responsible for potential clients not turning
up for arranged meetings.
6.House2buyer are not responsible for clients not settling accounts
these contracts are between you and the client.
7. Advertisers are not to mislead or supply misleading information to
potential clients.
8.House2buyer have at anytime the right to remove an advert if complaints
are received and no monies will be returned.
9.House2buyer have at anytime the right to remove or suspend any advert
that has violent or pornographic content.
10.House2buyer has the right to distance it self from any business that
has attracted bad publicity.
11.House2buyer have the right with notification to add to these terms
and agreements.
